At Mothercare, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact for a valid return.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the return documentation included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Mothercare store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
